Description:   A village situated between the Shoalhaven River and Endrick River about 9.5 km NE of Corang.
Origin:   Recorded as Nerriga Surveyor Hoddle 1828 & Narriga by Larmer 1841. State Archives records NSW Historical maps James Larmer, Robert Hoddle.
History:   Village site surveyed by Larmer 1840 to be on banks of Endrick River discontinued 1893. George Galbraith was settled at Nerriga at the time Hoddle surveyed the Shoalhaven River and Nerriga area 1827.
