Berenice Forster Park Aust Rd Bushland Reserve
GEOGRAPHICAL NAMES ACT 1966
PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 8 of the Geographical Names Act, 1966, the Geographical Names Board hereby notifies that it proposes to assign the names:
Berenice Forster Park for a reserve comprising Lot 251 DP 1047123 and Lot 7007 DP 93566 bounded on the E side of Brighton Street and S by Bundeena Drive in the suburb of Bundeena. GNB5404
Australia Road Bushland Reserve for a 3.9 Hectare reserve approximately 200 metres long and 170 metres wide. The reserve is primarily bushland with some cleared areas of open space and includes a playground 'Australia Road Bushland Reserve' is in the suburb of Barden Ridge. GNB5410.
The position and extent for these features are recorded and shown within the Geographical Names Register of New South Wales. This information can be accessed through the Board's Website at www.gnb.nsw.gov.au
Any person wishing to make comment upon these proposals may, prior to 30 November 2009 write to the Secretary of the Board with that comment. Submissions made in accordance with Section 9 of the Geographical Names Act 1966 may be subject to a Freedom of Information application.
