Roads Regulation 2008
The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) has released the Roads Regulation 2008. Among other things, this document outlines the process Roads Authorities must follow when naming public roads in NSW (in particular see Division 2, Naming of Roads).
This document can be found listed alphabetically under Regulations etc in force at the NSW Legislation website.
