Description:   A locality which lies 6 km NE of Bolivia trig station and 18 km NE by N of Deepwater (village). Boundaries in Tenterfield Council shown on map GNB3807.
Origin:   This area was first occupied in 1840 by a squatter named Edward Hurry who had lived in Bolivia, South America for many years.
